Returns Policy

You may return your items within 5 days of delivery. Items "on sale" cannot be returned. Shipping cost for returns will be payed by the customer. Any return sent after the 5 days period won't be processed and will be sent back to the customer. To return an item just send an email to askfeelradical@gmail.com with the order number and the details about the product you would like to return. We will promptly get back to you for further instructions on what to do. 
Items should be new, unworn and unaltered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Returned items will be granted store credit for the amount paid on the item only (shipping costs not included).

Exchanges

You may exchange your items for sizing. If you choose to exchange for a different piece, you must pay the difference if it exceeds the value of the item exchanged.

Shipping

We can ship to Puerto Rico and United States only. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
